Yes, you can use the Husky 26kw 5th wheel hitch part # HT31318-31325 in the puck system of the 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty with the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # DM6175 which will drop into the puck system of the Ford and give you standard industry rails in the bed of the truck for the Husky to attach to. I have attached a video for your reference.

Another adapter option is the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP30156 which will also give you industry standard rails in the bed of the truck to attach the Husky hitch but it does add 2" of height so it is good for bed rail clearance if you need just a bit more height.
