While we don't have a picture I can show you the clamps of the Access Vanish # 834532009497 fit around the deck rail system of your 2019 Toyota Tundra short bed and clamp the rails to the truck's bed rails. I attached a picture that shows a standard clamp for these kits but what comes with this cover is a bit larger so that it can fit around the rail.

Sorry but the clamp picture you sent me is not going to work. There is no way that will fit around deck rail Suetonius 2019 tundra

The picture I attached shows what the smaller clamp looks like, what comes with the # 834532009497 is larger to fit around the deck rail system.
