The only option (as of October 2019) confirmed to fit your 2019 Ram 3500 with Rambox with both a long or short bed, is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1320. This just so happens to also be the very best gooseneck hitch option on the market. Two things set the Turnoverball apart from the rest (including the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose).

1. Its square base design, which not only makes lining up the pin super easy, but also prevents the ball from seizing up in the (otherwise round) hole, since it's only the corners that make contact with the socket.
2. The Companion fifth-wheel hitch ( # BWRVK3400-5W for a short bed or # BWRVK3500-5W for a long bed) can be attached directly to the Turnoverball with no other parts required to tow a fifth-wheel trailer.

Assuming you don't already have an in bed 7-way, you may also consider the Bargman Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 50-97-410.

The Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose # 9464 you mentioned, is not a complete gooseneck hitch. It is only a replacement hitch head and as such, it requires an installation rail kit like # 4446, compatible only with certain model years/styles of the Ram 1500/1500 Classic. There is no rail kit available that would make it compatible with your 2019 Ram 3500.
