Adapter Recommendation for a Roadmaster Base Plate and Blue Ox Tow Bars on a 1992 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
i bought a 92 wranlger that has roadmaster plates on the bumper. i bought a used blue ox BX7330 aventa tow bar. is the only thing i need is the RM-032 adapter? the pins sticking up on the brackets look like they are 28 1/2 inches apart on bumper.

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he informed me that the Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter # RM-032 that you referenced would work on the Roadmaster base plate that is on your 1992 Jeep Wrangler and would attach to the Blue Ox Aventa tow bar # BX7330. The adapter is the only thing you would need to connect your aventa tow bar to your Roadmaster base plates.
