According to page 7-32 of the online owner's manual for your 2018 Kia Soul you can tow it with a tow dolly but not with all 4 wheels down. I recommend confirming this in your copy of the owner's manual.

For a tow dolly I highly recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy SS # DM9713045 because it comes with hydraulic disc brakes, a folding tongue for storage, and a steerable axle which greatly improves tracking behind your motorhome.
