Snow Chains For 2004 Dodge Sprinter With Minimal Clearance
Question:
I have a 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500 dually with larger 16inch rims from the newer sprinter vans. This gave me more tire options so I upgraded the size. Now Im Looking for some chains or cables that fit my vehicle with the limited clearance around the tires. I have 225/75R 16 Ko2 tires I attached some pictures with the clearance 2inch front and back of the tire and 1/2inch close to the suspension. Any suggestions for my set up would be much appreciated.

I recommend Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern part # TH01594245 for your 2004 Dodge Sprinter with tire size 225/75-16. The Konig Tire Chains are designed to work with only 12mm of clearance so you will be fine with clearance. The diamond pattern will also help with traction because they cover more of the tire compared to the ladder design.
