I can absolutely help with determining the right replacement leaf springs for your Keystone Sprinter, however trailer manufacturer's unfortunately don't typically make this kind of information available so I can't track down the specific model you need without some measurements.
In order to obtain the right size leaf springs you will need to measure the length of the existing set. With the trailer jacked up (so that there isn't any weight on the leaf spring stack) measure the length from the center of one eye hole to the center of the other. You will also need to make sure that the replacement is correctly rated to match the weight capacity of your Sprinter's axles.
Keep in mind that leaf springs do stretch just a bit over time so you will want likely be looking for a replacement that's a 1/2" or so shorter than what you measure.
Just as an example, the 4,500 pound Double-Eye Spring # e27SR that you were looking at has an eye-to-eye length of right at 26 inches. If you can tell me the measurement you come up with I will be happy to make a specific recommendation.
I have also attached a link that will take you to our complete selection of trailer leaf springs.
