Any Any Other Parts Needed to Install Catalytic Converter in 2006 Nissan Frontier

I need to make sure that this converter that a 2006 Nissan Frontier truck. And are there any other parts needed to put it on?

The MagnaFlow Heavy Metal Loaded, Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter with O2 Port - Universal # MF99234HM is a universal part so it is designed to fit essentially any vehicle, including your 2006 Nissan Frontier with a 4.0L V6 engine (there are no vehicle-specific converters for your truck).
While there are no other parts needed in order to put it on, I checked with MagnaFlow and they "highly recommend" having this part professionally installed because it is a universal fit and "may require custom fabrication, cutting and/or welding" during the install.
