The best way to install the lighting for the B&W Custom Headache Rack w/ LED Lights # BWPUCP7502BA on your 2019 Ford F-350 is to connect them directly to your vehicle lighting system. As you have found out the newer Ford pickups have a "smart" harness that senses when a trailer is connected. The only way to prevent your Super Duty from thinking that a trailer is connected when you have this headache rack installed is to wire it directly to your truck OEM wiring.

Please note that you will need a circuit tester like part # PTW2979 to determine what wires from your OEM harness carry which functions that match up with the headache rack wiring.
