In reality, your Ram 3500 is well equipped to handle towing a 5th wheel trailer of that size, and shouldn't have any problems. However, it's never a bad idea to add something like the SumoSprings # SSR-312-54 to help keep your truck level when towing a 5th wheel load- since you'll likely see some added stress when towing. These will do a good job at keeping you level and minimizing sway that can occur because of passing trucks and cross-winds. These SumoSprings work independently from each other to compensate for off-center loads and reduce body roll during sharp turns.
