I do have an option for you but you cannot install a truck mount bike rack on a 2016 Lexus RX450H most likely due to the shape of the rear hatch but there could also be an issue with support as well. I checked with all trunk mount bike rack manufactures we work with and none of them offer an option for the Lexus RX450H. Therefore, the Thule Gateway Pro 2-Bike Rack part # TH88VR will not work.
The best option for you to transport bikes is use a roof carrier like the SeaSucker Mini Bomber Roof 2 Bike Rack part # 298-BM2006 or a hitch mounted carrier like the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack part # KU74FR. If you don't already have a trailer hitch, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e49KR is what I recommend.
