We had the fuse switch you mention, but our battery is still dead after towing.

The fuses you will need to pull/disable prior to towing a 2017 Buick Envision are the #29 Body Control Module 1 and #32 Body Control Module 2 which are both located in the instrument panel fuse block which is in the passenger glove box. That said, there is still a chance your battery could drain on longer trips so the solution for you is to install a charge line between the toad and motorhome, the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles part # RM-156-25.

If you are only using a 4-way umbilical, you will want to upgrade to a 6/7-way in order to connect the charge line. I recommend the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit part # RM-146-7 for this.
