Would adjustable sway bar links work on your 2013 Fleetwood Excursion? Assuming that there is something like this out there that fits your stock sway bar- yes, they would work. But, if you haven't changed the ride height of your motorhome, I'm not really sure that you need adjustable sway bar links since they're typically only needed on vehicles that have been lifted. When you lift a vehicle it changes the steering geometry, and adjustable sway bar links allow you to not have to relocate your sway bar brackets in order to keep your steering geometry in-tact. If you've recently lifted your motorhome and are experiencing some dodgy steering, adding something like these would help correct any changes.
The difference between a stock sway bar and a heavy duty sway bar is usually down to the diameter of the bar. Stock sway bars are usually around 1" diameter, where an aftermarket heavy duty sway bar like the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148 has a 1-3/4" diameter. The thicker bar is going to do a better job at helping control your motorhome and eliminating sway that you might be experiencing from passing trucks and wind gusts.
