Where Does Kats Heater Install on 2016 Kia Forte 2.0L
Question:
Hi Jameson, so this block heater will not sink into the antifreeze solution, all need is to plug into the left front hole in the engine block, right? Why the block can't use 100-percent antifreeze solution?

While we don't have an install video for the Kat's Heater part # KH11812 that fits your 2016 Kia Forte with a 2.0 liter engine I can help you find the correct location to install it. The heater cartridge will be installed in the left front hole in the engine block. I attached a diagram picture from Kat's that shows more on where you'd find it.
The holes are pre-cast holes that the manufacturer has made in the engine block. You might have to clean the holes out before installing the heater.
