Replacement Pigtail Propane Hose with 1/4 MPT Fitting
Question:
I asked this question a couple weeks ago and i was back and forth with some of your tech guys but have lost communication with them. partially my fault, i was in a car accident and out of commission for a few days.................I need to replace the pigtail on my 2006 Forest River Wildwood LE 27BHSS. Hoping you can help me to purchase the correct one. it looks to me like Item #100575-12-MBS is the correct one but i cant be sure. This hose appears to be the same, but the nozzle seems to be a different size internally. Here are some pictures of the hose with what appears to be an adapter, and of the regulator. thank you in advance for your help

Thanks so much for the pictures and I'm sorry to hear about your accident! I hope everyone is okay.
The correct replacement hose for your regulator is the MB Sturgis # 100473-12. This hose measures 12" long but various longer units are available, which I have linked below.
The brass fitting/adapter you see on your existing hose is what is seen on some regulators, such as with the Camco # CAM59005. These are typically installed and kept on the regulator itself but sometimes are put on the hose instead (like yours).
The MB Sturgis # 100473-12 has this type of fitting built in (1/4" MPT) so there's no need for a separate piece. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
