The Patrick Distribution RV Tub and Shower Diverter # 277-000043 that you referenced may be a perfect replacement for the existing unit in your 2006 Cavalier Fema Trailer but I'm not able to confirm this. Trailer manufacturers don't do the best job of making information like this available and there isn't an accessible database that includes various components that are installed on particular trailers/RVs at the factory.
Because of this your best route for verifying if this will work is to just compare its specs/dimensions to your existing faucet. This unit features two inlet shanks that are spaced apart by 4 inches, on center. The inlet shanks themselves have a 1/2" inner diameter, a 13/16" outer diameter, and a 1-1/2" length. The faucet has a flow rate of 3 gallons per minute.
If this matches what you have it will work perfectly as a replacement.
