Troubleshooting Trailer Brake Assemblies Too Tight To Turn
Question:
Trailer wheels wont rotate. Brake wiring is still there but all other wiring gone. How can I disengage brakes.

Something mechanical must be wrong with the brake assemblies. If you can pull the hub off that's what I'd try to do first to inspect everything. If that isn't possible you'd want to try and loosen brake adjusters to the point the hubs can come off. For a tool to do that you'd want the part # W80630.
