I spoke with my contact at WeatherTech and the Side Window Air Deflectors, # WT82339, will not interfere with the seal on your window causing air to leak. These air deflectors are made of a thin acrylic material that allows enough room for the window to go all the way up.
It is recommended to leave the window up for a day or two after the air deflectors are installed so the air deflector can settle into the rubber on the outside of the C-channel.
