Can I put a Reese 20k slider hitch on already installed Reese 16k pro series bed rails?

Yes, a Reese 20k slider hitch like the part # RP30084 that you referenced fits the rails you have in your truck right now that has a Reese 16k fifth wheel hitch.

The part # RP30083 would be what I recommend over the hitch you mentioned though as this has a round tube slider which operate much smoother and easily than a square tube slider. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
