In order to flat tow your 2013 Chevy 1500, you'll need a few different parts: tow bar, base plates, safety cables, lights and a supplemental braking system (which you already have). I've broken down each individual part you'll need below.
Base Plates: Roadmaster Direct Connect Base Plates # 3154-3 eliminates the need for crossbar style tow bar and will allow for easy connection and disconnection.
Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon 2 # RM-520 is a hitch mounted tow bar that works with both the direct-connect and crossbar style baseplates and provides a wide hookup radius to allow you to hookup without being perfectly lined up. If you needed a ball mounted tow bar you can go with the Roadmaster StowMaster # RM-501 (2" ball mount) or # RM-504 (2-5/16" ball); both of these will work with the Direct Connect base plates listed above.
Safety Cables: Roadmaster # RM-646 have an 8000-lb capacity with snap hooks that make hookup easy.
Lights: For lighting you can use a simple magnetic kit such as # RM-2120 . For a more permanent solution you can use diode kit # RM-154 - I've linked the installation video for this diode kit so you can see what installation entails. If you decide to go with the diode kit, you'll also need the Roadmaster # RM-88400 relay to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn (the magnetic lights don't require this).
You're also going to likely require a High/Low Hitch Adapter like # RM-048-10 . I've linked a helpful article on how to measure for which one you will need as well as the link to all of the adapters we carry below, along with some installation videos if you're planning on installing any of this yourself.
