What wiring harness do you recommend for this bracket? I’m building my own hitch. I need to know which one fits this.

If you are needing a trailer wiring harness for the 2018 Nissan NV 2500 that you have listed in the vehicle fit guide that will work with the Mounting Bracket # 18144, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118553. This custom harness will plug into factory ports behind trim panels in the rear cargo area of the NV 2500 and the 4-Way will fit inside the bracket opening.
If you are just looking for a universal hardware harness the Tekonsha 4-Pole # 18252 will work and is compatible with the bracket as well.
