I own a 2018 dodge ram 2500 in the bed it has the fifth wheel prep i was wondering what could i put in those holes to cover them

Reese Elite Made their puck system to match the the OEM version, you can use Replacement Puck Plug Covers for Elite and Signature Series Fifth Wheel Rails part # 58199 to cover the holes. You will need Rubber Hole Cover for Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # RP30136 for the Gooseneck hole.
