Can Camco Automatic Changeover Propane Regulator be Used on Two Different Sized Tanks

Question:

Being I work be using this in a 7500 watt Champion generator my question is this. The generator already has a regulator on the main gas line can I still use this auto crossover even though it has a regulator on it ? Also can I hook it up to different size tanks , one 30 lb and one 20 lbs Thanks for any info

The Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks # CAM59005 can be used with both a 30 lb and 20 lb propane tank without issue because it only draws from one tank at a time so there are no issues there. In regards to using this regulator on a line that already has a regulator, that is not recommended. The reason being that the use of two regulators will result in the pressure being too low so you will only want to use one regulator.
