The cab configuration, wheelbase and whether the truck is 4x4 or 4x2 will also have an infulence on the final towing capacity. I found an online copy of Ford's 2014 Towing Guide, which says the following:

SuperCrew 4x2 145" WB -7500 lbs
SuperCrew 4x4 145" WB -7300 lbs
Regular Cab 4x2 145" WB -9800 lbs
Regular Cab 4x4 145" WB -9700 lbs
SuperCab 4x2 145" WB -9800 lbs
SuperCab 4x4 163" WB -9600 lbs
SuperCrew 4x2 145" WB -9800 lbs
SuperCrew 4x2 157" WB -9700 lbs
SuperCab 4x4 145" WB -9700 lbs
SuperCab 4x4 163" WB -9600 lbs
SuperCrew 4x4 145" WB -9600 lbs
SuperCrew 4x4 157" WB -9500 lbs

For a weight distribution system, I'd recommend a system that also provides sway control. You'll be towing a decently-sized trailer, and crosswinds and turbulence from oncoming or passing traffic are going to try tossing you all over the place. When choosing your system, you want to do so based on the as-towed tongue weight. This will also include anything carried in the bed of the truck behind the rear axle. Weight distribution hitches will typically have an effective range that can span 300-800 lbs, so ideally your tongue weight would fall pretty close to the center of the effective range of the system you choose to allow for some wiggle room.

Based on your dry weight, I'll make an educated guess that your ready to tow tongue weight will be around 1000 lbs, but I'll link you to an article that shows a few different ways to find your actual trailer tongue weight.

Because of how effective and easy to use it is, I most often recommend weight distribution systems from Equal-I-zer. For your approximate tongue weight, I'd recommend part # EQ37120ET which is rated for tongue weights from 800-1200 lbs. For a higher rated system, go with the # EQ37140ET which is rated for 1000-1400 lbs of tongue weight.
