There are a couple of possibilities why the kitchen faucet in your 2018 Jayco Jay Flight is leaking from the on/off handle. The first could be a bad rubber washer or seal that will cause it to leak. Since I am not sure which kitchen faucet I can't really tell you where that is located. You would need to open up the faucet and see if there's a bad rubber seal.

If your your kitchen faucet has a sprayer handle like part # PF231461 there may be calcium build up or debris stuck in the aerator which will cause the handle to leak. There may also be calcium build up on the actual holes of the sprayer which could cause the water to backup and leak out of the handle. If you take a look at the sprayer head and you can see build up, I recommend to soak it in vinegar for a couple of hours to break up the calcium deposits. If you don't see any build up I recommend unscrewing the sprayer and checking the aerator which is usually located at the end of the sprayer head. There is also usually a small screen at the hose end of the sprayer which can become clogged as well.
