Does Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller Drain the Battery

Lights stay on controller when truck is shut off draining the battery

It is completely normal for the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 will go into sleep mode a number of minutes after being not being used. Though it still draws milliamps of power even after it is in sleep mode, you would have to not drive the truck for a number of months for this to drain your battery.
