2002 Ford F-350 Troubleshooting Trailer Taillight Circuits Not Functioning/Fuse Locations
Question:
Trying to figure out where the fuses are located on this particular vehicle. In the fifth wheel connection box in the bed of the dually, is the 7 way round plug receiver. I Turn All the Lights the four ways and apply the brake, and I only get two pins hot and nothing flashing when I use my light tester, touching each of the prongs Inside the Box connector. Are there separate fuses for each of the wires as far as the brakes and signals are concerned?

Looks like fuse location 6 is for turn/stop power circuits. And fuse location 38 is trailer running lights and backup lights for your 2002 Ford F-350.
The fuse box should have these circuits listed but I suspect your issue is really corrosion on the pins of your 7-way due to the age of the truck and how often we see it as the problem for issues like this on vehicles like yours. Also check for corrosion on the pins of the 7-way plug of the trailer too.
I attached a help article on trailer wiring troubleshooting for you to check out as well.
