Since there aren't any trunk mounted bike racks that can carry bikes heavier than 35 lbs your best solution for an e-bike that weighs 47 lbs is a hitch mounted rack specifically designed for heavier e-bikes like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which fits all 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitches sizes, has more than enough weight capacity, and also has a ramp setup that pulls out from the rack to make for easy loading/unloading.
