Minimum Coupler Height for Using Trailer Valet Part # TVXL2
Question:
The video says that the trailer should be about 14inch off the ground, the picture shows it to be about 19inch at the ball. For my application I need it to get my boat into the garage. I have to have the jack lowered as low as possible right at 14 so its not too tall. Can I use this product with my coupler lowered that low?

Expert Reply:
From the ground to the top of the ball of the Trailer Valet part # TVXL2 measures 19-1/4 inches. So when sitting on the ball your trailer's coupler height would need to be around 17 inches. If your trailer can be moved with the coupler at this height the Trailer Valet will work well, but if not there isn't a way to lower the height of the ball.
