The Thule Universal 2-Bike Stacker, part # THBSTK2 can handle two bikes with a combined weight up to 70 lbs, so as they sit it wouldn't be a good choice for your e-bikes.

Have no fear, though. We have a solution for you that would be easier to use, safer, less expensive and have a higher weight capacity. Take a look at the Steadyrack storage rack, part # B-SRFR-001. If you click the link for the video I provided, you can see how easy these racks are to use. You won't need to lift the bikes off the ground and the price of two of the Steadyracks is less than that of the Thule product you had referenced. Because the racks can swing against the wall they'll take up less space and because they aren't free-standing, there's no risk of anything tipping over. Each rack has a 77 lb capacity (that's no typo!) so two of them will easily handle your bikes.
