I recommend Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote - Powered Lift part # FV807350 that fits the standard 14x14 cut out. The best thing about the Fan-Tastic vent is the powered lift so you don't have to manually crank it open or closed. It also comes with a remote that allows you to adjust the thermostat from 60 degrees F to 90 degrees F.
If you are looking for something a little more budget friendly, I recommend Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan part # FV802250 that has a manual lift.
You will also need Roof Vent Installation Kit part # 344270KITW.
