Installing Pilot Time Delayed Brake Controller on a 2008 Chevy Silverado
Question:
Im having trouble installing this brake control into my truck. I really dont know how to, and was wondering if you had a video or could possibly tell me where the wires under the dash are to tap into are located. Thank you,

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble installing your brake
controller. I do not have a video for that specific controller and your
truck but I do have a video for the 2008 GMC Sierra p/u that should
match yours.(see link below). You will find the bundle of wires for the brake controller under the dash near the brake pedal with a white tag on them. You will have to pull them down, they are taped up (see video link below). The brake controller itself will have the
same 4 wires standard to all brake controllers. They are as follows,
Black goes to power, Red goes to the brake pedal switch, white is ground
and the blue goes to the trailer brake pole on your trailer connector.
