Can I Use the Reese Elite 5th Wheel Hitch on 2019 Ram 2500 Puck System?

I contacted the manufacturers that we know make factory underbed systems and neither one of them said that they manufactured the factory puck system in the 2019 Ram 2500. So we're unable to tell you who exactly manufactures this system.

If you were interested in using the Reese Elite in your Ram 2500 I have a solution for you, but the Reese Elite 5th Wheel hitch # RP30144 is only designed to fit on the Elite underbed kits and the puck system that comes OEM on 2015-2019 Ford trucks. I recommend going with the B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3670 which works in the factory puck system on the short bed (6-1/2') 2019 Ram 2500. The Companion has a built in slider to accommodate for shorter truck beds and the rail free design will allow you to use the bed freely when the hitch isn't installed. The jaw construction on the B&W also is going to create less rattle and movement than slide bar jaws like the Reese Elite.

If you have the 2019 Ram 2500 with an 8ft bed and the factory puck system you'll need the # BWRVK3600 . This is the same, high quality B&W Companion hitch like the one for the short bed, but does not have the slider built in since you won't need it with the longer bed.
