Replacement Trailer Wiring Harness for Boat Trailer with Six Wires and Four Pins
Question:
I have 6 wires going into a 4 pole. Trying to rewire a boat trailer. Cant find any 6 wire going into a 4 pole. Should I get 4 wire into 4 pole and wire the 2 brown together and the 2 white together? Please help. 2 brown 2 white Green Yellow

It sounds like you have something similar to a wishbone trailer wring harness in which there is a running light wire for each side of the trailer that then join one another at the trailer connector. I have not heard of the two ground wires being ran to the trailer connector but so long as you ground all the lights and the trailer connector this won't matter. For replacement, you can use the 4-Way Wishbone Trailer Wiring Harness part # A35W42B which has separate running light wires.
