You absolutely can use the Furrion Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System w/ Side Marker Light Cameras # FCE48TASL-05 while you're camping! Just make sure that you have your cameras hooked up to a power source that can be utilized when you are disconnected from the truck as most pre-wired camera systems are tied into the reverse lights.
You can also add another camera with part # FCN48TASF if you'd like to add one over your door or another spot on your camper for more viewing angles.

Question: I just purchased a Furrion camera system but have not installed it yet. I want to know on the "view all " option, how long will the monitor show the different camera views on the monitor. Does it revert back to a single camera after a set time? If so how can I view both sides and rear as I'm driving down the road?

I want to use my monitor in my camper with the wire from the cigarette plug that came with it plugged into the monitor and the camera like you do when you pair it before installation. I plan to use a 110v to 12v adapter with a cigarette lighter socket on it. What amperage output does the adapter need to have?

My Travel Trailer is prewired for the Voyager. I like the side marker lights/cameras that the Furrion kit has. Is it possible to use the Furrion instead of Voyager?
