Is There a Set Height the Lippert Ground Control Feet Need to be From Ground

How high should the pads be from the ground when fully retracted?

There isn't a hard number I can give you on how high the jack pads of the Lippert Ground Control part # LC358590 should be when installed as that will depend on the height of the trailer's frame from the ground. Obviously you'll want them to be high enough that they won't drag on the ground. Best option is to attach the jack brackets at the suggested location on the trailer frame in the instructions as high as possible and you'd be fine.
