It is possible to determine the correct sidewinder if you do not know the make and model of your pin box. You will need to take some measurements of the pin box width, horizontal distance, vertical distance, front row to king pin, rear row to king pin and bolt size. I have attached an image that shows where to take these measurements. I have also attached a document that explains the measurements and has a chart showing the measurements of certain pin boxes.
