I do have an option for you but there is no such thing as a trunk mounted bike rack that would hold a recumbent trike. The only option for you to carry said bike is with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Bike Rack part # HR1000Z-R-TRKADP. In order to use the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Bike Rack on your 2015 Mini Cooper you would need a trailer hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11417 is what I recommend.

I have attached an install photo of the hitch for you which as you can see is very hidden and sleek.
