Recommended Power Running Boards for a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Crew Cab with Duramax

Seems to be a number of choices. I have 2018 silverado high county crew cabfour regular doors. It is a 2500hd diesel engine, 6.6 duramax. What choices are available for my truck? How far does the step down from the rocker panel? Is there a complete video for installation?

There is actually only one set of powered running boards for your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 High Country Crew Cab with Duramax engine, the Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards part # AA3047902. The Bestop PowerBoard NX Motorized Running Boards part # B7562315 that you mentioned won't work on models with the Duramax engine.

The Aries ActionTrac extend down about 8" from the top of the step which is about even with the top of the rocker panel. Unfortunately, we don't have an install video of these running boards at this time but we do have a detailed install manual which I have attached for you.
