I know this may be more than you are looking to spend but the 7-way circuit on your tow vehicle is not going to have all the functions are you looking for so your only option to obtain these would be with an actual battery charger, the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger part # 331-BCDC1225D . The BCDC uses power from the vehicle's alternator so you don't have to worry about it killing the tow vehicle's battery. The BCDC will also provide an actual charge for the trailer battery whereas the 7-way circuit is really only used for maintenance on small breakaway batteries. There won't be any power back feeding issues with the BCDC and it also has a maintenance charge cycle.
