Could Ultra Fab Landing Gear Fit on Heartland 5th Wheel MK29
Question:
I have a Heartland 5th wheel MK29 that the stripped one of jacks. I would like to install a Ultra Fab jack system on. Will the 12,000 pound jacks fit? My jack tubes are 2.5 inches square and 29.5 inches long.

The Ultra-Fab Deluxe Electric Landing Gear Set # UF17-943010 that you referenced can fit your Heartland 5th wheel but since it uses a different dimension mounting bracket setup you'll have to have new (included) brackets attached on the trailer. The Ultra Fab kits use a slightly different bracket dimension than the standard ones but as long as you have access to a welder this wouldn't be an issue at all. Most landing gear sets have 17-1/2 inches between the brackets like what the Bulldog kit part # RP500708 would fit whereas Ultra Fab has 20-1/4 inches.
