Troubleshooting Trailer Running Light Circuit Not Working On All Lights of Horse Trailer

Question:

I have a 2015 ford f250 I just bought and just had a new ball installed in the bed of truck and a new plug receiver installed in the back bed of truck the reason for is to pull my horse trailer and so I go and hook truck to trailer for first time plug lights up and I get no lights so I check my plug and had some bad connectors on my plug I fix them and plug it back in and I then had running lights just on the front half of the horse trailer but none on the back and I also have both turn signals that are working and brake lights are working but only half of the running lights on trailer are working Im thinking its a bad fuse on the iside fuse box or if anyone could give me some advice I would appreciate it so much

Sounds like the issue is on the wiring of the trailer. Specifically the running light circuit. The wiring from the truck is making it to the trailer but the trailer is unable to power all of the running lights. I'd go over the wiring to all of the clearance lights and also make sure they are grounding properly.

I attached a help article on troubleshooting trailer wiring for you to check out as well.
