Can Truck Bed Toolbox Be Used w/ Bully CG-902 Ladder Rack

Can I still mount my tool box on the rails over the mounts for the GC-902 Bully ladder rack?

You certainly can, however the tool box will need to be pushed away from the front of the truck bed a bit to allow room for the uprights of the ladder rack. If the took box has the one piece lid that opens toward the rear window of the truck, you'll also need to allow some room for the hinge to operate. If you look at the photo I provided, you'll see how the rack sits on the side rail in relation to the rear of the cab.
