Cushioned Pin Box for either Lippert 1716 or 1116 Pin Box

Question:

Hello, I’m trying to find out what flex air pinbox I need. From looking on line I have the 1716-1116 pinbox mount. It has 3 rows with 3 mounting holes? I have also seen where they say most of the flex air pinboxes can be retrofitted to work with most mounts? TIA

For the Lippert 1716 pin box you might have the only cushioned Lippert pin box we offer is the Trailair part # LC158777. We don't have a FlexAir at this time but this cushioned pin box will give you a much smoother ride quality that what you have currently.

If you instead had a 1116 then you'd need the part # LC155943 instead.

The big difference between the 1116 and the 1716 is the overall length. The 1716 is a "long" pin box and measures 20-3/8 inches from the front row of bolts to the king pin and the 1116 is medium length and measures 14-5/8 inches here. You'd need to measure what you have to determine this.
