Minimum Air Pressure for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs on 2013 Ram 2500 When Not Towing
Question:
How much air do you need in them when not towing?

Expert Reply:
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2299 that fit your 2013 Ram 2500 should always be inflated to at least 5 psi whether you are towing with them or not, as you can see by the cut out of the instruction manual I added.
To make it easier to control the psi of these springs I highly recommend the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor # F2158 because they will allow you to control the the psi from your Ram's cab instead of having to go outside and mess with the pressure on days where the elements aren't always agreeable.
I've added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
