How Much Can a 2003 Ford Explorer Tow
Question:
trailer is 3000 GVWR and Ford Explorer is GVWR of 5060 and rear end is 3.73 with GAWR of 2650 can we pull this camper safely..and etrailer is 7000 lbs with 750 tongue

If you take a look at the owner's manual for your 2003 Ford Explorer on page 175, you will see that there are several different towing capacities depending on options ranging from 3,300 lbs to 7,180 lbs. That said, if the trailer only has a GVWR of 3,000 lbs then yes you can pull it safely.
I saw you were looking at the Reese Weight Distribution System. If you are interested in a weight distribution system which I would highly consider using then the one I recommend is part # RP66540 which would be rated much more appropriately for the weight of your trailer.
