In order to install a fifth wheel hitch on your 2019 Ford F-150 you will need an install kit, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16442-204 is what I recommend as it is a custom fit so no drilling into the truck frame is required.
If you don't already have a fifth wheel hitch, I recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16521 for short beds or part # C16120 for long beds. The Curt A-Series is one of my favorite options because it has a dual interlocking jaw system that grips the kingpin tightly therefore reduces movement therefore provides a smooth ride. In addition to the dual interlocking jaw system, the Curt A-Series has a one pin head removal system that allows for most people to remove the entire hitch by themselves in two pieces.
The only other thing you might want is an in-bed 7-way for easy hookups, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C57008 is what I recommend.
