Can Torklift Lock and Load TLA790 Cargo Tray Be Used With a Standard Padlock
Question:
Is there away to use a padlock instead of the supplied lock? If not will it at least stay firmly connected without using the supplied lock? ...it may seam like a silly reason but the last thing I want is to need another key.

The # TLA790 cargo tray is meant to be used with a lock. That top bar won't stay in place without one. You could use a different padlock, but the benefit of the puck lock that's provided is that they are super-difficult to defeat.
