Inlet and Outlet Size of PTC Custom Fit Engine Fuel Filter # 351PG3727

I have old tractor I was looking for this type of filter to replace sediment style. Does this filter need to have pressure from fuel pumps? Or will it work without.? And what size are inlet and outlet .
