Replacing Lippert 190737599 Pin Box On Trailer With Cushioned Trailair

Question:

I’ve attached several pictures from the current pin box on my 5th wheel and would like to replace my current sidewinder hitch on the trailer. Please help.

I spoke with Lippert and they said it appears you have the Lippert 1116 or Lippert 1716 wing set but were not able to narrow it down any further. That said, all you need to do to determine this yourself is measure from the forward-most bolt holes to the center of the kin pin. If you get around 20" or so then you have a Lippert 1716 but if you only get around 15" or so then you have a Lippert 1116. They actually both have the same bolt pattern so you could use either really. For replacement, I recommend Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC158777 (Lippert 1716) or part # LC155943 (Lippert 1116) because of the cushion design that will work to help dramatically decrease chucking and jarring.
